This year, the Karmiel dance festival marks 21 years to its establishment and will take place between the 22^nd and the 24^th of July and will be dedicated to the Israel's 60 years anniversary celebrations. Come and join three days and nights of celebrations with around 80 events and performances, a fair, workshops, and stalls. 5000 dancers from Israel and abroad and over 250,000 visitors and guests will bring color, rhythm and dance to the capital of the Galilee.

The main performances will be held at the amphitheater at Karmiel including the opening ceremony named "Road Marks" that will take place on Tuesday the 22^nd of July at 21:30 and will include 1500 dancers, including singers and dance groups in a performance reviewing 60 years of dance in Israel.

The main evening, "Let us grow up in peace and quite", will be held on Wednesday, the 23^rd of July at 21:30. 3000 children dancers will perform new dances choreographed by the best choreographs in Israel especially for this evening, celebrating sixty years to Israel and honored by the participation of singers, actors and bands.

The closing ceremony will take place on Thursday, the 24^th of July at 21:30 and will present the best dance creations by Israeli choreographs. The event will include singers, bands and groups from Israel and abroad and 5000 dancers. The event will conclude with an impressive firework display.

Among the dance performances, you will be able to find a huge fair, food stalls, a Bedouin tent, and workshops for the young, amusement for children, street performances and more!
